Thomas Dudley Limited has its own fully calibrated in House Test facility for Development and Product Testing, New Product Introduction, Product Compliance and third party evaluation, products are rigorously tested to ensure compliance to the following Test Standards and Specifications;

• Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999: WC Suite Performance Specifications.
• BS EN 14055:2010 (Class 2). WC & Urinal flushing cisterns.
• BS EN 997:2012 (Class 2). WC Pans & WC Suites with integral trap.
• BS 1212 Part 1:1990. Float operated valves metal (piston type) excluding floats.
• BS 1212 Part 2:1990. Float operated valves metal (diaphragm type) excluding floats.
• BS 1212 Part 3:1990. Float operated valves plastic (diaphragm type) excluding floats.
• BS 1212 Part 4:1991. Float operated valves plastic (compact type) including floats.

WRAS Product Approval

The Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) is the UK Water Industry’s approval scheme. Products approved by the scheme have been shown to comply with the requirements of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 and amendments.

Thomas Dudley Limited as a WRAS accredited Test laboratory carries out Water Regulations Testing for WC Suites, Independent Flushing Cisterns and Inlet Valves for Mechanical requirements, these test results can then be submitted to WRAS for Approval and Certification.
